Each floor having 11,264 gross square feet combning condominiums, leased apartments and sort-term residences. Within the structure are six floors commercial of approx 126,000 square feet each gross for a total of 786,000 leaseable square feet containing grocery, drug, mediacal, fitness, restaurants, and hotel facilities as well as professional offices for medical clinics and other professions. Several scaleable formats for meetings, conferences and education support the 120-room Spirit Mission Inn Hotel. The entire facility is smoking, alcohol and drug free.
