1,400 affordable living units in a mixed-use urban setting and as a stand-alone development in surburban settings

Occupying a full city block with a footprint of 126,000 square feet, this development is a fully self-contained living environment. Three towers, two with 22 floors each and one of 28 floors. Each floor having 11,264 gross square feet combning condominiums, leased apartments and sort-term residences. Within the structure are six floors commercial of approx 126,000 square feet each gross for a total of 786,000 leaseable square feet containing grocery, drug, mediacal, fitness, restaurants, and hotel facilities as well as professional offices for medical clinics and other professions. Several scaleable formats for meetings, conferences and education support the 120-room Spirit Mission Inn Hotel. The entire facility is smoking, alcohol and drug free.

Offering smaller studio condominium for persons filling roles as office workers at the entry and above levels. Three floor plans are in the towers starting with units as 16x16 feet studio for one, 18x18 studio for two, 20x20 one bedroom and larger 16x32 one bedroom with study, all totally self-contained eco-sensitive design construction and furnished.
