BiographyThe Near Death Experience that Rev Gordon Allen had in 1993 turned out to be an event that profoundly changed the course of his life.
Feeling reborn and as if having been given a new chance, Gordon traded in his old life to a brand new one which was wholly dedicated to being of service to others. He did so in the name of God. Gordon states that ‘his heart was totally on fire with the love of God and the joy of being in-service to others in God's name’. He had been surprised to literally discover the reality of the experience of having his heart on fire. Having read about that before, he now understood that this was not just a romantic artist expression, but a litteral feeling in the chest.
For the next twelve years, Gordon Allen’s personal mission was to work with the poor and disadvantaged as a counselor and minister. Hands on, one on one with the very real issues of these unfortunate individuals who in one way or another had had their life's put on hold. He formed a public housing consumers union and helped in obtaining subsidized housing for all.
Gordon Allen’s main object today is to share his spiritual experiences, i.e. encounters with spiritual beings who revealed spiritual teachings to him. Their teachings proved to him the following: - yes there is indeed life after death - yes there is a God who loves us all immutably - and yes that God is not prejudiced in any way.
Gordon Allen now lectures and conducts workshops. He has a tight schedule taking him all through the US, Canada, and Europe.
In 1994, Gordon Allen founded the non-profit organisation Completion Ministries with a group of other spiritual Christians whose mission it is to pass on the true message of Christ and his teachings of eternal life. In addition to Completion Ministries, he was led by the Holy Spirit to establish the Christian Family Online portal, which is dedicated to cross denomination unity and the spiritual growth of all humanity. In the fall of 1999, Completion Ministries was registered as a religious organization with the UK charities commission qualifying it to operate everywhere within the E.U. under the European commission.
After having had his first NDE Gordon suddenly found he now had healing powers he did not have before. Or maybe it is more accurate to say that these powers were laying dormant in him and were revived to him by his spiritual guides during his out of body experience.
Although Gordon Allen uses his healing powers when needed, his main mission is to explain to his fellow men and women that they need not fear death.
